This agreement is between you and the Astra VPN service, related services and features. This service is NOT intended to assist in the commission of illegal acts. This service provides anonymity and privacy. You agree not to violate any laws of your country or the one in which you are currently located.
You agree to protect your Apple ID login/password and our system from misuse, and undertake not to make your account publicly available or share it with third parties. You are responsible for all activities that occur on our system using your Apple ID.
You agree not to use our service for spamming, port scanning, open proxies or relays. You agree not to make any form of attack on other computers or networks while connecting to our service.
Service coverage, speed, location and quality may vary. The Service strives to be available at all times, except for limited periods required for maintenance and repair. However, the Service may become unavailable to the user due to many factors beyond our control, such as emergencies, disruptions to third-party services, data transmission problems, hardware or network malfunctions or deficiencies, interference, signal strength, etc. , and therefore the operation of the service may be interrupted, limited or terminated. We are not responsible for the loss of data, messages or pages that are not delivered, canceled or misdirected due to outages or performance problems of the Service, communication services or network. We may, in our sole discretion, impose restrictions on the use of the Service as a whole or certain of its services, suspend the Service or block certain ways of using it in order to protect our users or the Service. The connection speed is an estimate, the actual speed will be determined by the configuration, compression, network load and other factors. The accuracy and timeliness of the received data is not guaranteed, delays and gaps are possible.
Computer hacking, virus spreading, fraudulent activities, online attacks, phishing and/or any other activity deemed illegal or objectionable must be stopped or terminated. Payment for the subscription is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
